This is the sight that many tourists and people coming through Dundee during the Nelson Mandela Week witnessed. The timing of the poster which was sponsored by Charlies Superspar co-incided with the Dundee July, an event that is gaining popularity throughout the country. "I could not see any other better way to honour a man who has given so much, than to have his picture so beautifully displayed", said George Adalis of Charlies Superspar. The poster has made it to various social networks as many people posed in front of it and even took the pictures to post on their social networks. This beautiful display drew even more attention when the traditional horse racing parade ended at Endumeni Municipality. "Our town could use more businesses like Spar who go an extra mile to portray a positive image of our town and our municipality", said mayor T Mahaye, who authorised the setting up of the poster. The acting municipal manager Advocate R Brijraj also expressed his gratitude and encouraged that:"We should make this place more vibrant".
